Food is a fun and important aspect of learning. You will find our children are poised to try a variety of foods to expose them to a wide range of tastes, textures and flavors.

We take our menu-planning very seriously, and appreciate that our parents respect our food choices.  We don't serve juice (except for 100% frozen juice pops in the summer).  The children have regular access to water through fountains inside and out and their individual water cups, and at mealtimes.  We avoid "stick" food, preferring to have our children experience foods in their whole forms. We provide food made fresh onsite daily from a culinary-school-trained chef.  

Our carbs tend to be whole grain.  We believe in starting children early, making healthy food choices. We shop locally, organic when possible. Our produce is local, fresh, and in season, and our baby food is pureed fruits and vegetables made onsite, with no added salt or sugar.
