Enrollment Process
We maintain waiting lists according to our contract with our Parent Board. Priority goes first to current families. Second is Department of Education. Third priority goes to Department of Public Health. Forth goes to all other State Employees. Last goes to outside families.
Once we have a spot available, we will call families on our wait list. We cannot wait for each person to call us back to decline or accept the spot, as sometimes it takes as many as 50 calls to reach someone who still needs care. Therefore, make sure that we have all pertinent phone numbers. After you accept the spot, you need to bring the non-refundable registration fee of $150 to the school to definitively hold the spot. We can only delay a start date for up to 2 weeks. When you have paid the fee, we will give you the full enrollment packet, along with our handbook. Make sure all forms are completed before your child's first day. Also, make sure you have time to go over the packet when you come in, so that we can answer any questions you have, and make sure that our policies are clear.
Here are a few of our enrollment and informational forms, in case current families have information that needs to be updated, or need additional information.
